About us
The Sky’s The Limit Behaviour Services, or TSTL for short, is a small service provider in the disability sector specialising in service delivery of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Our mission is to provide students and graduates seeking clinical experience a taste by working in the disability sector. We have an established team of therapists in Sydney since 2018 and in Melbourne since 2020.
We value our staff and reward them with industry award wages including superannuation. There are plenty of opportunities for career progression and upskilling in TSTL as we begin to expand to rural areas and into other states and territories as well as into other professions. Some opportunities include business administration, human resources, accounts and payroll, positive behaviour support clinician, Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, and counselling. Karla Vitone
Junior Therapist
Karla is currently in her third year of a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Deakin University. She has a strong passion for working with vulnerable children and hopes to pursue clinical research or a career in child and adolescent psychology. Karla completed her ABA certification through Autism Pathways and has been working in the field for over a year!
